Key Duties and Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are admitted.
- Conduct routine patrols to identify and mitigate potential security threats or hazards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices.
- Maintain accurate logs of all security-related incidents, access requests, and visitor movements.
Risk Assessment & Emergency Response
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security surveys of facilities and recommend preventive measures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, ensuring quick coordination with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Support the development, implementation, and periodic testing of emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and contingency measures.
Training & Awareness
- Provide security briefings to staff, consultants, and visitors, including situational awareness and personal safety guidance.
- Participate in security training sessions, drills, and workshops to enhance readiness.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and directives issued by management.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies, security service providers, and other stakeholders on security-related matters.

Qualifications
Education:
- Secondary education required; advanced security or law enforcement training desirable.
- Certification in security management or occupational safety is an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
Languages:

Conditions of Service
The appointment is subject to satisfactory medical clearance, reference checks, and security clearance.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
