Job Title: Salon Manager
Location: Lekki
Salary: ₦200,000 - ₦250,000
Working Hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sundays: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
- Task Assignment: Allocate tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all activities.
- Recruitment: Handle the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Budget Creation: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in operations management and recruitment.
- Proficiency in budget creation and financial management.
