Job Title: Executive Assistant
Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organization, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage administrative tasks, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is resourceful, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₦150,000
Location: Lekki
Working Terms: Full-time, On-site (Monday – Friday)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for senior executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deadlines
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events
- Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing vendors
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
