Salary: ₦120,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, excellent customer experiences, and effective team management, while driving the salon’s growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day salon operations.
- Manage and support staff to ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Oversee scheduling, appointments, and service flow for efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and excellent client service.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, customer satisfaction, and sales.
- Ensure the salon meets cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management (preferably in the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic financial management skills (budgeting, sales reporting, etc.).
- Customer-focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
