Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Administrator to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments across multiple client engagements.
The initial project will focus on standing up a new Salesforce Sales Cloud environment with renewal workflows, but the role will also involve custom development, multi-cloud integration, and ongoing platform enhancements for other clients.
This role is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience who thrives in consulting-style engagements, building scalable, secure, and client-ready CRM solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications .
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, with an emphasis on lead-to-renewal workflows.
- Manage data cleansing, migration, and deduplication across complex datasets.
- Build custom objects, record types, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, and process automation .
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce pages where customization is required.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, APIs, middleware, and external databases .
- Implement Salesforce best practices for security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and governance.
- Optimize for mobile-first experiences with Lightning App Builder and mobile navigation.
- Establish automation and DevOps practices , including CI/CD, change sets, and Git-based deployments.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience as Administrator and/or Developer.
- Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud ; familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs .
- Background in system integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, middleware).
- Experience with deployment management and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, Git, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementations and client-facing delivery. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator ( Required )
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder ( Preferred )
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator ( Bonus )
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I ( Preferred for Developers )
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer ( Bonus )
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Service Cloud (cases, entitlements, omnichannel).
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Pardot for campaign automation.
- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) and renewal/contract management tools .
- Exposure to Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM .
- Consulting experience in multi-client or agency environments .
