Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Abuja on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. This role requires someone with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the microfinance (MFB loan), collateral lending, or real estate sectors.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating quality leads, conducting market analysis, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Generate and manage high-quality leads through proactive market engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to clients where necessary. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Proven and seasoned sales experience in MFB loans, collateral lending, or real estate is required.
- Strong sales and sales management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and loyalty.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value to customers.
