Join the Okunriin Team as a Sales Representative
Okunriin is redefining self-care for men — and we’re growing.
We’re looking for a Sales Representative who knows how to close deals, connect with people, and confidently communicate value. If you’re driven, persuasive, and have a good head for business, this role is for you.
Location: Lagos (Island preferred)
Role Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base Salary + Sales Commission
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive product sales through one-on-one customer engagement
- Respond to leads, follow up on interest, and close sales confidently
- Represent Okunriin at pop-ups, activations, and in-store events
- Share customer insights and feedback with the team
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and brand understanding
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in sales or customer service (1–2 years minimum preferred)
- Is confident, articulate, and goal-oriented
- Can sell without being pushy — someone who understands value
- Has great follow-up skills and keeps communication sharp
- Is familiar with the grooming, skincare, or lifestyle space (a plus)
