Job Title: Sales Representative (Shift Based - Morning or Evening shift)
Location: Yaba, Lagos (Only candidates residing within or close to Yaba axis will be considered)

DW Packs Ltd. is a fast-growing company that specializes in the supply of high-quality disposable food packaging materials to food vendors, restaurants, and supermarkets. We are passionate about customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our online and offline product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the website
- Manage sales order processing and customer follow-ups
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Input and update sales data accurately using CRM or sales software
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow up on after-sales feedback
- Collaborate with the packaging and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide daily reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Assist in developing new sales strategies and meeting monthly targets
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in a Sales Representative or Customer Support role, preferably in a product-based or hospitality business.
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Must reside within Yaba or surrounding areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs/Sheets
- Experience with Zoho, CRM tools, or POS software is an advantage
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working on shift rotation (morning or evening)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦80,000.00 per month
