Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing inbound leads, promoting our services, closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our core services: Tech Training, Product Development, and Creative Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Present and sell Tecton Studio’s services (training, design, development, marketing, etc.) to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate strategies and drive campaign success.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in a tech or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and B2B/B2C sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about technology, design, and education.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
