Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at our client’s store in Lekki, you will play a vital role in driving the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly and accurately processing customer orders to ensure timely product delivery.
- Collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and meet customer demands efficiently.
- Monitoring order progress and providing proactive updates to customers on their order status. Resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies quickly to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc/HND .
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proximity to Lekki, Lagos, or ability to commute. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
