Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professional to assume the
role of Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall
sales function of the organization, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, market share
growth, and sustainable business development across multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities:
▪︎ Provide strategic direction for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue
growth.
▪︎Identify emerging markets and opportunities for business expansion.
▪︎Lead, supervise, and establish clear sales goals for the sales department.
▪︎Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and wholesalers
▪︎ Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance loyalty and
retention.
▪︎ Conduct regular market analysis to understand consumer trends, competitor activities,
and pricing dynamics.
▪︎ Develop and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts for executive management.
Requirements:
▪︎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪︎ Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector.
▪︎ Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and delivering high-impact results in a
competitive market.
▪︎ Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical skills.
▪︎ Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
