Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for real estate. As Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, coach high-performing agents, and contribute to ROI SAFE’s continued market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead generation systems

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales agents

Collaborate with marketing and operations to align goals and streamline processes

Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, and negotiation tactics

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Real estate license (as required by state regulations)

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: ₦100,000 monthly (accessible upon achieving a minimum sales benchmark in the first month)

Performance Salary: Up to ₦150,000 monthly if targets are fully met

Commission: Potential to earn up to ₦500,000 per month, based on individual and team sales performance

Bonuses: Additional performance-based incentives available
