Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: Half day
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities within our organization. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in sales and marketing, strong leadership qualities, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide sales strategy.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing.
Proven track record in sales management and business development.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to set and achieve targets in a competitive market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Must reside within or close to the Opebi area.
