Job Summary
We’re looking for a goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our enterprise customer base. You will drive sales for our LMS and CRM deployments and support the growth of our learning platform across Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to close LMS and CRM deployment deals with organisations.
- Build and nurture client relationships with HR, L&D, and business decision-makers.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate quality leads through outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
- Prepare and present customised demos to showcase InstinctHub’s solutions. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales or enterprise solution sales, preferably in edtech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of LMS, CRM, or tech-based training services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets. Tech-savvy and familiar with remote collaboration tools.
