Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales/Inspector Manager. The position is based in Lagos with some work from home acceptable. The Sales/Inspector Manager will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, developing new business, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing pest control measures. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, inspecting properties, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Leading sales teams and developing sales strategies.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
- Building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting on-site inspection and given feedback to the administrative department. Overseeing inspection processes and procedures.

Qualifications
- Sales skills including ability to balance sales goals with inspection responsibilities.
- Customer Service skills to maintain and build client relationships.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
