Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and design, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for sales. You will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth.
Key Responsiblities:
- Engage with customers to understand their framing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting products, including frames, mats, and finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Participate in store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in art, home decor, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for art and design with a keen eye for aesthetics. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
