Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos Mainland (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven sales experience to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
