Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and business development activities.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (content creation, scheduling, and engagement).
- Develop and implement digital campaigns to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Analyze campaign performance, social media insights, and website analytics to improve strategies.
- Use Excel and other tools to track sales, marketing performance, and customer data.
- Generate reports on ROI, KPIs, and overall business growth performance.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
