About the Role:
Position: Sales Closer Executive (On-Site)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (Full-time)
Remuneration: Between NGN130,000 - NGN160,000 plus OTE (On-Target Earnings) monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Closer Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and close sales by following up on leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into paying clients. This includes aspiring students, corporate organizations, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads provided through various channels (calls, emails, social media, events).
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Convert prospects (students, corporate clients, and partners) into paying customers or active partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that address client objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, progress, and target achievements.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the entire sales process.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer or similar role in high-ticket sales, education, or service-based industries.
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building ability and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed set targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales closing or a related role with measurable results.
