Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lagos. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. Additionally, the specialist will provide training for new sales staff, offer exceptional customer service, and support sales management in achieving team sales targets.

- Membership into our Partnership Business School (Compulsory)
- Mentorship Building teams with multiple accounts

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience with skills in Sales Management and strategy development
- Experience in providing Training to sales staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
