Job Description/Requirements
The Retail Sales Supervisor will oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high-performing team. The role involves supervising and mentoring sales associates, managing inventory, and implementing store policies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor store operations to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and shrinkage control.
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. Ensure the store layout and displays align with brand standards and promotions.
Requirements
- Atleast 3 years experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
- Retail sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
