Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Relationship Officers to join our branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional banking services to meet customer needs. You will identify opportunities to cross-sell products, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve set deposit and loan targets in line with branch objectives.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on documentation and compliance requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the branch’s revenue and customer growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (banking experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
