- We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Direct customers to online tools and platforms where applicable.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience, especially when managing sensitive customer issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collect, review, and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms.
- Create and manage reports related to customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conclude sales for online and walk-in customers.
- Check product availability and communicate updates to customers.
- Set up new customer accounts and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Book and process customer orders accurately and on time.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or customer service software.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Young, smart, and vibrant, with a passion for customer satisfaction and relationship
