Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships by delivering excellent service and offering appropriate investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend solutions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to appropriate units
- Achieve growth targets through retention and new business acquisition
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- 4+ years of client relationship experience in financial services
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple accounts
- Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of asset management products and market dynamics
