Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all sales activities within the assigned region
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Drive demand generation and client acquisition efforts
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and field agents
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Requirements:
- B Pharm degree or equivalent/Life Sciences or Medical, or Pharmaceutical sciences.
- MBA is an advantage
- 2-4 years of team leadership experience in multinational or indigenous environments
- Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
- Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
- Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
