- The Regional Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the company in specific geographic locations.
- The Regional manager will oversee the productivity and performance of the company's employees in a specific region.
- The Regional Manager may manage a specific location or work across several states or union territories.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management
- Mentoring employees and suggesting training programs
- Overseeing the recruitment of employees in the region
- Planning and evaluating operations to be cost-effective
- Preparing quarterly and yearly reports, analyses, statements and reports on finance and operations
- Enforcing the company’s rules and regulations
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers
- Developing business, marketing and advertising plans
- Seeking new business opportunities in the region and securing contracts for the company
- Developing project plans and assigning regional project personnel
- Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales, retail & the food service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, and creative environment

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
