Receptionist

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing

Specialist / Receptionist. This hybrid position requires someone who is both a people-

person at the front desk and skilled in executing digital marketing strategies. You will

manage our front office and be the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting

online marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

 Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism

 Manage phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently

 Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

 Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

 Keep the front desk and reception area organized and presentable

Digital Marketing Duties:

 Create and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,

Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

 Assist in running digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

 Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement

 Update and manage website content as needed

 Assist in creating marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

 Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar platforms)

 Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

 OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or a related field

 Proven experience in both reception/front desk roles and digital marketing

 Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and basic analytics

 Good knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google

Workspace

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

 Professional appearance and positive attitude

 Excellent time management and organizational skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, or content writing

 Experience using CRM tools or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
