Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily internal audits across departments.
- Review compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify gaps or risks in processes and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions. Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- ICAN or ACCA certification.
- 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, financial control, or risk management.
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
