The Role

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Python Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexible work-from-home options. You will be responsible for back-end development, software engineering, and implementing scalable solutions while collaborating with a talented team to build innovative applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using Python

• Design, implement, and optimize database structures

• Debug, test, and improve software performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) best practices

• Contribute to architectural decisions and problem-solving
  

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2-4 years of professional Python development experience

✅ Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)

✅ Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL)

✅ Solid understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
