As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Project/Operations Assistant who will provide support in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution of projects across the company and its subsidiaries.
Job Summary
The Project/Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Operations and Project Management teams by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring administrative and operational processes are carried out efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ongoing projects across all subsidiaries.
- Support project managers in coordinating tasks, preparing reports, and tracking milestones.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Operations Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day office and administrative operations.
- Support in coordinating logistics for staff, meetings, and company events.
- Help track company expenses, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide support in vendor and supplier management.
Team Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain internal trackers (task trackers, project dashboards, and operational logs).
- Coordinate staff schedules and help monitor attendance and compliance with company policies.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics for both operations and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all relevant project and operational activities.
Other Duties
- Provide support in process improvements and documentation of workflows.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth integration into projects and operations.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles (experience in a tech or startup environment is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
