Multixept Associate is hiring a Project Manager to join their team.
Job Requirements
- Study: Quantity Surveying/building engineering.
- Years of Experience: 5 – 6 years working with a Construction company or QS Firm.
- Area of work Experience: Nigeria
- Age: 30-35 years
- Speaks and Writes English fluently. Competent in use of AutoCAD, Microsoft word, Excel and Projects.

Job Description
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Procure or agree the services of subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
- Measure and value the work done on site and prepare valuation claims.
- Prepare Payments schedules for all engaged workers on Site.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Select and/or source construction materials.
- Write reports.
- Site visits to value/ measure work ongoing.
- With the joint effort of Site Engineers, prepare Programme of Work for every project.
