Multixept Associate is hiring a Project Manager to join their team.
Job Requirements

• Study: Quantity Surveying/building engineering.
• Years of Experience: 5 – 6 years working with a Construction company or QS Firm.
• Area of work Experience: Nigeria
• Age: 30-35 years
• Speaks and Writes English fluently.
Competent in use of AutoCAD, Microsoft word, Excel and Projects.

Job Description

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Procure or agree the services of subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• Measure and value the work done on site and prepare valuation claims.
• Prepare Payments schedules for all engaged workers on Site.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
• Select and/or source construction materials.
• Write reports.
• Site visits to value/ measure work ongoing.
• With the joint effort of Site Engineers, prepare Programme of Work for every project.
• Resource allocation
