Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in Lagos State. The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include project planning, coordinating resources, expediting processes, inspecting progress, and managing logistics. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and Expediting
- Skills in Inspection and Logistics Management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
