Role Overview
- The Project Manager at Crescita Solutions will be responsible for leading end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.
- This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and client goals.
- The Project Manager will serve as the main bridge between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, making sure communication is clear and objectives are met.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating challenges before they arise.
- Beyond timelines and budgets, this role focuses on driving collaboration across design, development, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality outputs that create measurable impact.
- The Project Manager will also champion the adoption of agile methodologies, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct progress meetings and provide status reports.
- Ensure quality control throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum) is an advantage.
