Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects across marketing, sales, and program operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—while coordinating efforts across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of marketing, sales, and program-based projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, budget, and deadline requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Support the sales team with process improvements, CRM optimization, and client engagement projects.
- Oversee program delivery, tracking performance against KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
