WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Product Implementation & Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless deployment of software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-tier customer support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/she must be able handle all tasks in order to satisfy all of the core responsibilities in the areas of product implementation and support.
DUTIES:
This job grade shall be a young and upwardly mobile professional who shall consistently apply the PFS’ policies and procedures (as set out in the process flow):
1. Performs installation, configuration of products during project implementation as required.
2. Ensures customer satisfaction in a friendly and courteous manner.
3. Maintains customer records by updating account information and task status and liaise with the Supervisor.
4. Continually investigates product and gains industry knowledge to improve performance and skill set.
5. Works with a team to accomplish all set tasks
6. Researches to help determine project risks and assists in Root Cause Analysis that may threaten the success of the project.
7. Collaborates with several teams (e.g. SD, QA, BDG) to achieve a common goal of solving customer problems and enhancing the company’s products

1. Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary professional team working in a multi-cultural environment.
2. Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
3. Ability to convey findings, ideas and opinions in a convincing manner in all written material (spoken and written).

6. Basic knowledge of SQL, Databases and Reporting tools.
7. Must possess strong cross team collaboration skills.

9. Organizationally savvy.
QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. First degree in computer science or other related fields.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Ability to independently research and learn new technologies.
