Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of products, strategize and manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include market research, defining product features, prioritizing product backlog, and collaborating on execution and delivery. This role also requires regular stakeholder engagement to gather feedback and drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including defining product vision and strategy
• Proven experience in market research and requirements gathering
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
