Our client is a boutique interior design firm, specializing in high-end commercial and hospitality projects for leading global clients.
They are seeking a highly organized and creatively inclined Procurement and Styling Associate to ensure their spaces are not only beautifully designed but flawlessly sourced and styled.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Procurement & Styling Associate will manage the sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of all FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) items and accessories. You will also support the final staging and styling of spaces to ensure every project is delivered with a refined and cohesive aesthetic. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent vendor coordination skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement & Inventory
- Source furnishings, finishes, artwork, and accessories based on design briefs and budget
- Organize and manage the company’s store inventory.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage lead times..
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement logs
- Track order deliveries, ensure quality control, and coordinate installations
- Maintain a vendor database and assist with vendor relations and new sourcing opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure specifications are met
Styling & Execution
- Assist in the final styling of finished projects for handover or photo shoots
- Curate accessories, textiles, and décor elements to complement design direction
- Support setup and on-site installation, ensuring optimal layout, styling, and finishing touches
- Maintain inventory of styling props and assets
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual impact of styled spaces.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, FF&E sourcing, styling, or interior design support, ideally within the interior design, fit-out, or high-end construction sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
- NIQS/NIA membership, or actively working toward chartership (preferred)
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Eye for aesthetics, spatial arrangement, color, and design trends
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and documentation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Familiarity with design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-detail, and collaborative environment
- Passion for interiors, décor, and bringing design visions to life
- Knowledge of inventory management.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
