JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a boutique interior design firm, specializing in high-end commercial and hospitality projects for leading global clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW :
They are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Intern to support dynamic Executives involved in multiple ventures across various industries, with a special interest in Impactful Foundations work.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership on high-impact projects, while learning the inner workings of business strategy, operations, volunteering and entrepreneurship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Executive in day-to-day activities across multiple business ventures
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support communication with partners and stakeholders
- Help organize and manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Solid experience working in volunteering and foundations is mandatory
- Good social media management
Skills & Attributes:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Educational Foundation / NGO (mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn across various domain.
