Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier performance, compliance, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee sourcing of raw materials, equipment, spare parts, and other essential services
- Oversee the preparation and review of purchase orders, bid evaluations, and RFQs.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like CIPS, CPSM, and PMP are mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of procurementexperience in the oil & gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of oilfield equipment, drilling materials, and industry-specific procurement standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
