Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience to lead the cost management and contractual functions of high-value construction projects. QSRBN registration is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement strategy for large-scale projects
- Oversee contract negotiations and claims management
- Provide expert guidance on project finances, forecasting, and risk mitigation
- Supervise and mentor a team of quantity surveyors across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and legal frameworks
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
- 20+ years of experience
- QSRBN registration required
Skills Required:
- Expert-level cost control and contract administration
- Leadership and stakeholder negotiation skills
- High-level financial analysis and reporting
