Power Platform Developer (Remote – Nigeria)

Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: ₦250,000 per month (after probation)

We are hiring a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer based in Nigeria to join our remote team. You will support the design, development, and enhancement of Power Apps and business automation tools that power our operations and client-facing systems. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone with a few years of experience who wants to deepen their expertise and work on high-impact projects in a fast-moving environment.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing business that uses technology to transform service industries. You’ll be given space to lead parts of the build, contribute ideas, and work closely with the UK-based founder and support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) using Dataverse
• Configure CRM tools and workflows using Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service
• Create and manage Power Automate flows to streamline internal processes
• Work with tables, relationships, forms, and views in Dataverse
• Assist with system troubleshooting and respond to technical issues
• Contribute to system documentation, user support, and deployment processes
• Support integrations using available connectors or APIs
Collaborate on feature planning and solution design

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1–3 years of experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Familiarity with Dataverse, including creating and managing tables and relationships
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 modules (especially Sales and/or Field Service)
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to work within a small team and adapt to evolving priorities
Good written and verbal communication for remote collaboration

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Appreciated)

• Experience with Power BI or Azure Logic Apps
• API knowledge or basic experience with custom connectors
• Understanding of workflows in service-based industries like cleaning or field operations
• UI/UX awareness in app-building contexts
Experience documenting technical processes or training users

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)
