Job Summary
At MUSE Boutique Hotel, we create more than a stay – we create memorable experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-driven Porter to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and directions.
- Handle luggage storage and retrieval.
- Ensure prompt and courteous responses to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards at all times.
- Support team members and follow hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSC qualification.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Friendly, professional, and able to stand or walk for long periods.
- Flexible to work various shifts.
- Team player with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Salary: ₦40,000 – ₦50,000 per month
