Job Summary
We are looking for a pharmacist to join our independent pharmacy team. As a pharmacist, you will provide advice and guidance on medicines to patients and medical staff. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and checking medication prescribed to the patient
- Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient
- Ordering stock and ensuring that it is kept in appropriate conditions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all medication processed through the pharmacy
- Offering advice on dosages, side effects, and other aspects of drug interaction
- Delivering community healthcare services such as prescription collection and delivery
- Recruiting, hiring, and training staff, including overseeing Trainee Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants Working with the pharmaceutical staff to maintain a clean, customer-friendly workplace
Requirements:
- 1 year experience D.Pharm preferable
Work Schedule:
- 1 weekday (7.30 am - 5.30 pm) 1 weeknight (5 pm - 8 am), 1 weekday (7:30 am - 5.30 pm), and 1 week off
- 50% of annual accommodation costs covered by the hospital
