This position is ideal for someone building a career in sales, community engagement, or HR support.

As an Outreach & Client Engagement Personnel, you’ll be the bridge between job seekers and the support services we offer.

What you’ll be doing:

Sharing and promoting our career services (LinkedIn optimization, résumé writing, interview prep, etc.) with job seekers in your network and online

Reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Twitter, or in-person conversations

Explaining the value of Talent and Tea’s services clearly and empathetically

Directing interested individuals to our service booking or contact channels

Following up with leads and tracking conversions

Representing the Talent and Tea brand with authenticity and professionalism

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Compensation:
