Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets for OTC and anti-malaria products.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Drive product availability and visibility through collaboration with the sales and distribution teams.
- Plan and implement marketing and trade activation campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
- Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and medical affairs teams to ensure compliance and product readiness.
- Support and guide the sales team with product knowledge, promotional tools, and performance monitoring.
- Evaluate performance metrics regularly and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize results. Lead product launches, relaunches, and lifecycle management activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably with OTC and/or anti-malaria products.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian pharmaceutical and healthcare market. Experience in managing product portfolios and launching new products.
