The Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the design and execution of the platform’s core technology — including investor workflows, smart transaction systems, and AI-driven insights. This role is ideal for a highly technical, product-minded leader with hands-on experience managing full product cycles in AI, blockchain, or complex workflow systems. You’ll work directly with the founder and cross-functional team to translate our product vision into scalable, user-centric software infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
You’ll lead the design and delivery of tech infrastructure and investor-facing tools that make real estate more intelligent, transparent, and accessible. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and integrations
- Translate business goals into detailed technical specifications
- Draft detailed product specifications, mock APIs, and technical user stories
- Lead sprint planning, standups, and agile rituals
- Collaborate with software architect, AI/ML engineers, and blockchain developers to deliver complex systems
- Integrating advanced technologies like LLMs, predictive analytics, and smart contracts to power automated decision-making and investor tools
- Balance technical constraints, user experience, and compliance requirements
- Getting hands-on where needed with wireframes, technical specs, or architecture reviews
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, from MVP to full product launch
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, APIs, and blockchain protocols
- Interface with legal advisors on compliance-aware feature development.
- Collaborating with team on go to market strategy to ensure product capabilities align with launch objectives and growth milestones.
Requirements:
3–7 years of product management experience in engineering-heavy environment involving infrastructure or advanced computational systems
Proven track record of taking complex products from zero to one, particularly in domains with workflow-heavy logic such as AI-enabled systems, investment infrastructure, or regulated digital asset platforms
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building or managing products that involve AI/ML pipelines, blockchain integrations, or distributed systems with high business complexity
· Practical experience with blockchain technologies including EVM-compatible protocols, smart contracts, wallets, and token standards
· Strong capability to write structured, developer-facing product documentation, including technical specs, API requirements, and integration flows
· Background in software engineering, systems design, or computational modeling is highly advantageous
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders
· Demonstrated ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and maintain execution velocity in fast-moving environments
· Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
