Yum is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment/Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and the business, managing requests and transactions through designated communication channels.
- Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs, sharing relevant updates, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing, meal preparation, and dispatch coordination.
- Keep customers informed about their purchases, expected fulfillment timelines, and any necessary modifications.
- Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
- Conduct follow-ups to gauge satisfaction levels and address any outstanding issues.
- Create and update customer-facing message templates (e.g., order confirmations, delivery updates).
Requirements
- 2+ proven experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with order management software is an advantage.
- Must reside within Ikeja or nearby areas for a reliable commute.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (morning and evening).
