Enej Supermarket, a one-stop shop retail outlet, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Operation Supervisor
Job Location: Lekki / Eleganza - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Accomodation Available
Salary: N150,000
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff members
Perform performance evaluation for staff members supervised
Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
Manage all customers’ requests, comments, and complaints offline and onsite and escalate where necessary
Ensure that a clean ambiance of the outlet is maintained all through the day.
Qualifications / Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
