Job Brief
- A reputable Hotel in Ikoyi is looking for a professional Operations/shift Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s daily operations during a specific shift, ensuring efficiency, managing staff, handling customer issues, and maintaining productivity and quality standards within its facility or business.
- The operations manager’s role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
Job Description
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Hotel Management, Business Administration or similar field.
- Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role with minimum experience of 5 - 7 years.
- Cogent experience with hotel management in Lagos and Abuja.
- Competent with Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills.
Salary
N180,000 - N220,000 monthly.
